HOW TO MEASURE
This is a size guide that will help you find your perfect size. We will guide you through the different styles and tell you how to measure. We know that fitting is an individual thing and therefore we have given you two fitting options based on your measurement. One for a tight fit and one for a looser fit.
Wanna know the tricks for measuring? Always measure on bare skin and not over clothing. This will give you the best and most accurate result. When we are talking measurements we mean the measures you have and not the lingerie, swimwear or loungewear. Always measure yourself and then use the results to find the perfect size in the wanted style.
BRA MEASUREMENT
To find the most accurate size you have to do two measurements, A: bust and B: band. Do the measurements on your bare skin. Start off by measuring all the way around your bust where it’s widest. Then measure all the way around just under your bust. We have plus sizes for mostly all of our bra’s to make sure that bigger busts can fit our bras. When a size is plus size the underband stays the same and the size of the cup will go a size up; for example a size S+ has an underband that fits a regular size S and the cup size fits a regular size M. Be aware that it’s meant for you to start out using the outer buckle of the hook and eye closure first. Then you can adjust and tighten when the underband elastic gets looser.

Our period briefs absorbs up to 3 regular tampons or pads worth of blood.

WASH & CARE
Machine wash prior to use. Once used, follow below instructions:
1. PRE RINSE: As soon as possible after wear, rinse until the water runs clear in cold water. Machine wash directly afterwards - or hang dry & set aside for your next load.
2. WASH: Machine wash in delicate/gentle cycle in cold water/30°
We do not recommend washing with fabric softener. Hang to air dry.
ECO FRIENDLY TIP: Our Period Panties will last 40 washes/two years on average, and like with any reusable period products, they may start to smell at some point. If so, soak them in white vinegar or baking soda overnight prior to machine washing them.
